This input screen is set up via configuration in SAP; no programming is necessary.

Import previous plans with ease using the Excel import function or as an SAP HR user with the downloads from Infosets. With Allevo HeadStart you can make your planning more secure thanks to the option of switching the cost center affiliation of employees, or of joiners and leavers (also anonymously for planned workforce expansion or reduction). The up-to-dateness of the data is ensured thanks to the fact that tariff changes, flat-rate influences (e.g. inflation) or legal framework conditions are always taken into account.

Personnel cost planning with SAP and Excel

The front end for personnel cost planning consists of an Excel file and therefore offers a highly customizable user interface. Personnel planning is carried out consistently on a monthly basis - either for each individual employee or representatively at the level of employee groups. With Allevo HeadStart, you can plan key figures such as FTE or headcounts and determine any cost types or wage types for planning.

Import HR master data information from your HR system (SAP or other) into the HeadStart database.
Use the flexible copy function to replace plan data with current actual values. Transfer the results of detailed personnel planning to SAP CO (cost centers, cost types, activity types, key figures) immediately or manually if required.
Change your planning assumptions retrospectively; process all data centrally and consistently.
HeadStart uses the SAP standard authorizations and has an additional authorization procedure based on cost elements, cost centers, employee groups and processes (planning, administration, etc.).
SAP standards such as period and object locks, versions etc. are always taken into account and used.
