Yes. Allevo Junan loads SAP data into an Excel-based interface. Values can be edited, calculated, and supplemented in Excel and then transferred directly back to SAP. This eliminates manual exports and the subsequent transfer of planning data.

No. Allevo Junan uses your existing SAP infrastructure and requires neither an additional database nor a separate server. Your data remains in SAP.

Yes. Allevo is a business tool for finance and accounting that is customized to each customer’s individual requirements. Depending on what you want to plan or calculate with Allevo, we adapt the user interface to your specific processes and needs. Our goal is to enable you to use and manage Allevo independently after implementation. In addition to traditional CO planning scenarios such as cost centers, projects, and CO-PA, Allevo can also cover FI-driven planning areas such as balance sheet planning and cash flow planning. Additional modules are currently being developed, including solutions for real estate management (RE-FX) and logistics processes.

Allevo reads data from SAP in real time using BAPIs, SAP’s standard technology also used in SAP transactions, and can write the data back to SAP. In addition, Allevo’s satellite technology makes it possible to integrate external data sources into SAP and use them within the planning process.

Because Allevo uses standard SAP processes, the existing SAP authorization structure remains unchanged. If required, an additional Allevo-specific authorization concept can be created and implemented.

Absolutely. Allevo allows you to attach comments and supporting calculations to planning data. This creates a fully traceable history of values and business logic directly in SAP. Comments are also accessible to end users at any time through standard SAP reports.

Yes. With the Allevo Workbook, data can be edited in Excel outside the SAP environment. To transfer and post the data to SAP, the workbook is subsequently reconnected to the SAP-integrated Allevo environment.

Yes. Multiple cost centers can be selected either individually using multiple selection or by selecting a group.

Yes. Allevo’s status management allows you to create distribution lists and automatically send documents by email depending on their current processing status.

Yes. Allevo provides various forms of user documentation, including comprehensive manuals, online help, and a Knowledge Center. In addition, Allevo Studio allows users to create their own documentation directly in SAP and make it available interactively.

Yes. When you purchase Allevo, a maintenance and support agreement is included. This gives you access to our support team whenever you have questions or need assistance. All release updates are also included as part of the agreement.
