No. Allevo requires no additional hardware, software, SAP licenses or databases. Simply use the tools you already use on a daily basis: SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Yes, Allevo is designed as a tailored business tool for finance and accounting. We customize the user interface based on your specific planning and calculation needs. Our goal is to empower you to use Allevo independently after the project launch. You’ll have the flexibility to adapt, expand, or modify the Excel interface as needed. If you require assistance, your customer advisor is always available to support you.
In addition to classic CO planning topics such as cost centers, projects and COPA, Allevo can also be used to map FI-driven planning areas such as balance sheet planning or cash flow. Additional modules are currently being developed, for example for real estate management (RE-FX) and logistical processes.
Allevo reads the data in real time from any SAP tables via the so-called BAPI's (this is the SAP standard technology that is also used for SAP transactions) and writes it back in. In addition, Allevo's satellite technology enables the use of external data sources in SAP and their use in the planning process.
Since Allevo utilizes standard SAP processes, it maintains the existing SAP authorization structure without any alterations. If needed, we can also create and implement an additional Allevo-specific authorization concept to meet your requirements.
Absolutely. With Allevo, you have the option of attaching comments and auxiliary calculations to any planning data. This creates a fully traceable history of values and business logic directly in SAP. The comments are also accessible to end users at any time via the standard SAP reports.
Allevo can also be used for offline planning outside of SAP. This involves planning in Allevo's Excel frontend, and as soon as an internet connection is available again, the data can be posted directly to SAP.
Absolutely. This is possible at any time either via multiple selection or via a group.
Yes, with the help of status management, distribution lists can be created and documents can be automatically forwarded by e-mail depending on their processing status.
Allevo has various user documentation, such as numerous manuals, online help and a knowledge portal. Users also have the option of using Allevo Studio to store their own documentation directly in SAP and track it interactively.
The license model comprises the following three program components:
- Base: The base component includes the Allevo technology, i.e. the SAP Excel interface.
- Processes: The process component is based on the business processes, such as cost center planning, investment planning, master data interface, etc., that are mapped via Allevo.
- Objects: The object component results from the number of objects (cost centers, orders, etc.) that are planned using Allevo.
The program components are permanently available to you after payment of a one-time license fee. Our services, such as implementation consulting, customizing, maintenance and support, are charged separately.
