New version - The highlights
The new version of the Allevo planning solution has been available for a few days. Numerous new features, such as a year change at the push of a button, the individual distribution of plan values to months or years, and much more, can be used via the SAP-integrated Excel interface and thus make planning even more efficient for controllers in the future.
Splasher - New Pointers Sensitive and Fixed
The Splasher has got two new pointers for new and exciting application possibilities:
- The FIXED pointer allows the annual value of a row to be fixed, so that changes only affect the monthly level.
- The pointer SENSITIVE allows to plan the yearly value on a percentage basis. As soon as the percentage marked with this pointer changes, this change is distributed among the months.
Turbo-Timesetter - time change made easy
The Turbo-Timesetter offers a central, formula-supported maintenance interface for all timesets of your layouts. This makes it possible, for example, to perform the year change for all timesets with just one click.
StretchCorner - Corner customization for structured tables
The StretchCorner provides new functions for structured tables. It allows the corners created underneath to grow and shrink along with them. Another feature of the StretchCorner is that rows can now be inserted and deleted at the current cursor position by pressing a button.
FlipCorner - dynamically adjust hierarchy structures
The FlipCorner makes it possible to dynamically expand and collapse hierarchy structures read into Excel by double-clicking.
FormulaCorner - Change formulas for single rows
The FormulaCorner can dynamically insert formulas within a table on a row-by-row basis and can even be executed for a single row if required. This has a positive effect on the performance of the corner and thus of the master.
PrintView - printing at the push of a button
With the PrintView module navigation views can be exported as PDF or printed on paper. It is also possible to print a configured number of navigation views one after the other at the push of a button.
Dynamic - Horizontal dynamics
Since version 4.0, Dynamic can be used to dynamically build a vertical structure before reading the data. As of Allevo 4.2, this is now also possible horizontally, e.g. to display several cost centers next to each other.
New icons in the navigation
One innovation in Allevo 4.2 that is immediately apparent: Our marketing department has designed new modern icons for the Allevo masters.
